Motorhome Cooling

If you are planning a trip into a region where the temperature is 100 Fahrenheit or better, I would suggest what I have done to my motorhome to reduce the inside temperature. Purchase a mister and mount it at the condenser on your roof-top air conditioner. The spray will lower the inside temperature approximately 10-15%, and also keep the dust from collecting on the condenser. BUT if the inside temperature gets down to 60, shut the mister down. You do not want to liquefy the freon. That will cause damage to your evaporator. I used this idea in Las Vegas, and it worked fine. This idea is now patent registered.
