Medgidia is a municipality in the county of Constanta, Dobrogea, Romania. Is located in South Dobrogea Plateau (Plateau Medgidia).

Heroes mausoleum Serbs, Croats and Slovenes. Mausoleum, pyramidal, was built in 1926 by the Yugoslav state, to house the remains of 224 soldiers Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, who died in World War Dobrogea territory. In front of the pyramid-ossuary is set former Yugoslav state emblem below which is placed an inscription in Serbian. Below is a marble plaque which is fixed a bronze laurel wreath. The monument is reached on a scale of concrete and its enclosure is made with pillars of stone, bound with chains.
