   Welcome to Hațeg

   Hateg is a city in Hunedoara, Transylvania, Romania. It has a population of 10,935 inhabitants.

   Tourism:

   Prislop monastery, 13 km northwest of Hateg, founded by the monk Nicodemus, in 1404, with the support of Prince Mircea the Old.
